We make understanding and appreciating wine fun and easy. This relaxed evening class is structured to give you an appreciation of an assortment of BC’s Best Wines wine in a casual atmosphere. Suitable for the amateur wine drinker to the professional salesman this workshop will help you understand the art of identifying imperfect wines, proper cellaring techniques, wine list creation, opening and basic wine tasting. |
